When do I need a CDM Advisor?

The CDM Advisor can be appointed at any stage of the project lifecycle. It is very much dependent on the competency of the organisation or individual. We do however recommend that the appointment is made as soon as possible to enable the early implementation of an effective health and safety strategy.

Why does my business need a CDM Advisor?

The CDM Advisor will be able to assist the Client in meeting their obligations which are set out under the CDM 2015 Regulations. As a Client, the organisation or individuals conducting the role will need to consider whether they have the competence to carry out the role and fulfil the duties under the CDM 2015 regulations.

How will my business benefit from a CDM Advisor?

As a Client you may not have the time, resources or competence to fully understand and comply with your duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.

When acting as a CDM advisor we can take away the burden, ensuring that you remain compliant with the CDM Regulations and H&S law. This will benefit your business by mitigating risk, saving you time and giving you piece of mind that you have fulfilled your duties.
